Privacy Policy

Fusion Flow Inc. (“Fusion Flow,” “we”) makes the Fusion Flow Pipe ISO app and runs this website. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

1. The Pipe ISO app

• Drawing, calculations and projects work entirely on your phone, with no internet needed. The app never sends your drawings, projects or settings to us or anyone else.
• After the beta, the app checks your subscription with the Google Play Store app on your phone. That check is the only thing it does online.
• Your projects are saved only in the app’s storage on your device. That includes any client names, contacts or phone numbers you type into them.
• If Android backup is turned on for your Google account, Android may include the app’s data in that backup. Google handles that backup under your account, and we don’t have access to it.
• When you export or share a PDF or bill of materials, it goes only to the app or person you choose.

2. This website

• The website doesn’t use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.
• It remembers your language choice (English or Spanish) in your browser’s local storage. That setting stays in your browser.
• Fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google’s servers, which receive your IP address. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, to run and protect the site.

3. When you contact us or join the beta

If you email us or ask to join the beta, we receive your name, email address and whatever you include in your message. We use it to reply to you, give you beta access and send you important updates about the app. We don’t sell it or share it with anyone for marketing.

4. Payments

After the beta, subscriptions are billed through Google Play. Google collects your payment details under its own privacy policy, and we never see or store your card number. Google shares with us only limited information about your purchase, such as the order number, subscription status and billing location.

5. How long we keep information

We keep your messages and beta requests while we’re in contact with you or you’re a customer. We delete them when you ask, unless we have to keep records for legal or tax reasons.

6. Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we have about you by emailing fusionflow77@gmail.com.

7. Children

Pipe ISO is a work tool for adults. It isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them.

8. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. If the app starts collecting new information, we’ll update this policy before that happens.
