Refund Policy

During the beta

Pipe ISO is free during the beta, so there’s nothing to pay and nothing to refund.

Monthly subscription

After the beta, Pipe ISO costs $9.99 per month, billed through Google Play. You can cancel at any time in the Google Play Store app (Profile › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions). Canceling stops future charges, and you keep access until the end of the month you’ve already paid for. We don’t give partial refunds for the unused days of a month.

When we give refunds

Email us within 14 days of a charge and we’ll refund it if:

• you were charged by mistake or charged twice, or
• you can’t use the app because of a problem we can’t fix.

How to ask for a refund

Email fusionflow77@gmail.com with your Google Play order number (it starts with “GPA.” and is on your Google Play receipt) and the date of the charge. Approved refunds are issued through Google Play to your original payment method.

You can also ask Google directly. Google Play’s own refund policy applies to every purchase made through Google Play.
