These terms apply to the Fusion Flow Pipe ISO app and this website, provided by Fusion Flow Inc. of Flint, Michigan (“Fusion Flow,” “we”). By using the app or the website, you agree to these terms.

1. Using Pipe ISO

We give you a personal, non-transferable license to use Pipe ISO for your own work, including paid work. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or redistribute the app.

2. Check every measurement

Pipe ISO is a calculation and drawing aid. It doesn’t replace approved drawings, engineering specifications, applicable codes or the judgment of a qualified pipefitter.

Take-outs are based on published ASME B16.9 and B16.5 dimensions. Real fittings can differ between manufacturers, so check the dimensions of the fittings you actually use before you cut.
You are responsible for verifying every cut length, dimension and bill of materials before you cut, fabricate or install pipe.

3. The beta

Pipe ISO is free during the beta. Beta software can contain bugs, and features may change or be removed. We may end the beta at any time.

4. Subscription after the beta

After the beta, Pipe ISO costs $9.99 per month in US dollars, plus any applicable taxes.
Your subscription is billed through Google Play and renews automatically every month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in Google Play. You keep access until the end of the month you’ve paid for, and you won’t be charged again.
If we change the price, we’ll tell you before the new price applies to your subscription.
Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

5. Ownership

Pipe ISO, its code and design, and the Fusion Flow name and logo belong to Fusion Flow Inc. The drawings and projects you create are yours.

ASME B16.9 and ASME B16.5 are standards published by ASME. Fusion Flow isn’t affiliated with or endorsed by ASME.

6. No warranty

To the extent the law allows, Pipe ISO and this website are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Fusion Flow Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the app, including wasted material, rework, delays or lost profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for Pipe ISO in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Ending access

We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms. You can stop using Pipe ISO at any time.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we’ll change the date at the top of this page. If you keep using Pipe ISO after an update, you accept the new terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA.

Estos términos aplican a la app Fusion Flow Pipe ISO y a este sitio web, que ofrece Fusion Flow Inc., de Flint, Michigan (“Fusion Flow”, “nosotros”). Al usar la app o el sitio, aceptas estos términos.

1. Uso de Pipe ISO

Te damos una licencia personal e intransferible para usar Pipe ISO en tu propio trabajo, incluso trabajo pagado. No puedes copiar, revender, hacer ingeniería inversa ni redistribuir la app.

2. Verifica cada medida

Pipe ISO es una ayuda para calcular y dibujar. No reemplaza los planos aprobados, las especificaciones de ingeniería, los códigos aplicables ni el criterio de un pipefitter calificado.

Los take-outs se basan en las dimensiones publicadas de ASME B16.9 y B16.5. Los accesorios reales pueden variar entre fabricantes, así que revisa las dimensiones de los accesorios que de verdad uses antes de cortar.
Tú eres responsable de verificar cada medida de corte, cada dimensión y la lista de materiales antes de cortar, fabricar o instalar tubería.

3. La beta

Pipe ISO es gratis durante la beta. El software en beta puede tener errores, y las funciones pueden cambiar o quitarse. Podemos terminar la beta en cualquier momento.

4. Suscripción después de la beta

Después de la beta, Pipe ISO cuesta $9.99 al mes en dólares estadounidenses, más los impuestos que apliquen.
Tu suscripción se cobra por Google Play y se renueva sola cada mes hasta que la canceles. Puedes cancelar cuando quieras en Google Play. Conservas el acceso hasta el final del mes que ya pagaste y no se te vuelve a cobrar.
Si cambiamos el precio, te avisaremos antes de que el nuevo precio aplique a tu suscripción.
Los reembolsos se rigen por nuestra Política de reembolsos.

5. Propiedad

Pipe ISO, su código y diseño, y el nombre y logo de Fusion Flow pertenecen a Fusion Flow Inc. Los dibujos y proyectos que tú creas son tuyos.

ASME B16.9 y ASME B16.5 son normas publicadas por ASME. Fusion Flow no está afiliada a ASME ni tiene su respaldo.

6. Sin garantía

En la medida que la ley lo permita, Pipe ISO y este sitio se ofrecen “tal cual” y “según disponibilidad”, sin garantías de ningún tipo, incluidas garantías de exactitud, de idoneidad para un propósito específico o de funcionamiento sin interrupciones.

7. Límite de responsabilidad

En la medida que la ley lo permita, Fusion Flow Inc. no es responsable de pérdidas indirectas o consecuentes por el uso de la app, como material desperdiciado, retrabajos, retrasos o ganancias perdidas. Nuestra responsabilidad total por cualquier reclamo se limita a lo que nos hayas pagado por Pipe ISO en los 12 meses anteriores al reclamo.

8. Fin del acceso

Podemos suspender o terminar el acceso de quien no cumpla estos términos. Tú puedes dejar de usar Pipe ISO cuando quieras.

9. Cambios a estos términos

Podemos actualizar estos términos. Cuando lo hagamos, cambiaremos la fecha al principio de esta página. Si sigues usando Pipe ISO después de una actualización, aceptas los nuevos términos.

10. Ley aplicable

Estos términos se rigen por las leyes del Estado de Michigan, EE. UU.
